Through our research, we discovered that:
Council contributions from developments in Chippendale have not been spent in Chippendale, let alone the "immediate surrounding" of said developments, as they should have, by as much as 63mio when we include planned developments.
This gap in population density and public investment is being felt and needs redressing.
We are talking to the CoS council in this regard and will offer a proposal for the next 1,4 and 10 plan.
We acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora nation as the Traditional Custodians of our local area.
